STUDENT FEES
Full-time undergraduate & graduate students in technical degree programs are admitted free. To qualify
- Must be a full-time student at a university in the US or Canada.
- You must not currently work for a company within the UV/EB industry, especially if you attend on their behalf.
- You must upload a copy of a current student ID or class registration/proof of current enrollment with the registration form.
CANCELLATION/SUBSTITUTION POLICY
- If you cancel your registration in writing before April 11, 2025, you will receive a 100% refund minus a $25 processing fee.
- If you cancel your registration between April 12 and 25, 2025, you will receive a 50% refund minus a $25 processing fee.
- No refunds will be given for cancellations after April 25, 2025.
- Exhibit-only registrations are non-refundable regardless of the cancellation date.
- Name substitutions will only be accepted for Conference Registrations and must be submitted by May 9, 2025. No substitutions will be accepted for exhibit-only registrations.
