CALL FOR PAPERS
We invite you to submit an abstract for a technical conference paper, not exceeding 25 minutes in length, followed by a 5-minute Q&A session. Showcase your expertise and contribute to the industry’s knowledge base. Fill out the online Abstract Submission Form before September 29, 2023, providing a comprehensive description of your paper for assessment by the Conference Committee. Due to limited space, timely submission is essential for consideration.
As a speaker, you will receive an speaker’s guide to assist you in preparing your written and oral presentation. We encourage the use of terminology consistent with the RADTECH Glossary, available online at: https://www.radtech.org/intro-to-uv-eb/uv-glossary. Plus, all speakers are eligible for a 50% discount on registration fees, making it even more rewarding to participate.
The deadline for submitting your final paper for publication is MARCH 1, 2024 Speakers agree to submit a written paper to be published in the conference proceedings, as well as develop a Power Point presentation if presenting within a session, in order to be considered for the conference program.
