Regulatory Help Desk
We are excited to offer RadTech 2024 attendees the opportunity for personal consultations on regulatory questions. These consultations are in person and offered during our break periods on Monday and Tuesday at RadTech 2024.
The RadTech Regulatory Help Desk will be offered by appointment only, with two industry experts to answer your questions:
Shannon Gainey, JM Huber Corporation
- General chemical compliance questions – e.g. TSCA, EU-REACH, Korea-REACH, etc.
- Hazard Communication/GHS Classification & Labeling
- Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) Compliance requirements
- Other general questions on federal and international regulations impacting UV+EB
Rita Loof, RadTech, West Coast Director
- Air quality regulatory issues in UV/EB/LED printing/packaging, wood coatings, semiconductors, automotive coatings, metal coatings, adhesives, marine coatings and other applications
- Working with regulators to identify potential UV/EB/LED customers

- Issues related to test methods for UV/EB/LED
- Identifying funding for UV/EB/LED projects
